    Shipping Policy 

    Please note: We are off for the holidays, so orders will ship Jan 3, 2024

    • What is your shipping policy?

    For orders under $60 (after any discounts are applied) we charge a small shipping and handling fee of $9.99.

    For orders over $60 (after any discounts are applied) we offer FREE shipping!

    Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail or UPS Ground based on shipment weight. We will send you an email with your shipment tracking number once your order has been processed.  Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

    USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail Shipments typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.
    • Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

    Yes. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

    • Does Defiance Tools ship outside of the US?

    Currently, no. In the future, maybe....Definitely maybe!

     

    Return & Exchange Policy

    • What’s your return policy? 
    Here at Defiance Tools we are a husband and wife team and we strive to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days please email us at orders@defiancetools with your name, order # and the reason you are dissatisfied. We, in-turn, will provide you with the proper return address. Once the item is returned to us we will be happy to refund the purchase amount. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    • Exchanges

    We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item send us an email at orders@defiancetools.com

      

    • Shipping Returns Back to Defiance Tools

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
