The Defiance Tools Professional Cocktail Mixologist Set - Stirred, is the set you have been waiting for. Whether you are a professional mixologist or bartender or just serious about entertaining at your own home bar, we made this set for you.
We start with a 600 ml Crystal Mixing Glass and then we add a 1 oz / 2 oz Japanese style double jigger, a stainless steel Julep Strainer and a 30 cm (11.8 in) Hoffman Mixing Spoon. Of course, we added Stirred to the name since we are including a Julep strainer, the preferred tool of the mixologist when serving a stirred cocktail. The 3.25" opening in the 600 ml Crystal Mixing glass is perfectly sized to stir a cocktail, and then the Julep Strainer holds the ice in the mixing glass to make sure you don't bruise the cocktail.
The tools are all made of high quality stainless steel and have professional features like rolled edges and stamped internal measurements on the jigger and an embossed stamped design on the Julep strainer.
The 600 ml Crystal Mixing Glass is made of durable lead-free crystal with a thickset base and precision pour spout.
This is a bar tool set for the serious mixologist that will last for years and we recommend hand washing for the shaker and all the tools.
